What does the Care Plan include?

Up to 5 Webflow update requests per month — content updates, image swaps, copy changes, basic layout tweaks, and bug fixes within your existing build. Requests are submitted via our ticketing system and handled within 3 business days. The plan does not include new page design and development, SEO strategy, or copywriting.

How many update requests can I submit per month?

Up to 5 per month. Each request is one discrete task — for example, updating the team page, fixing a broken form, or swapping the hero image. If you find you consistently need more than 5 requests, that is a strong signal the Maintain retainer at S$2,500/month is a better fit.

Does the Care Plan work on websites ALF did not build?

Yes. We work on any Webflow site, regardless of who built it. In the first week we review your site structure, CMS setup, and existing components before making any changes. This onboarding is included in the plan at no extra cost.

What is the difference between the Care Plan and your retainer?

The Care Plan is reactive — we handle what you submit, up to 5 requests per month, within 3 business days. The Maintain retainer is proactive — unlimited requests, UX strategy, and a dedicated partner actively looking for ways to improve your site. The Grow retainer adds SEO management and performance reporting on top. The Care Plan is the right starting point if your site is stable and just needs reliable monthly upkeep.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. The Care Plan is month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any time. We would rather earn your ongoing business through the quality of our work.

What platforms do you support?

We specialise in Webflow. The Care Plan is exclusively for Webflow websites — this ensures we can maintain quality, reliability, and fast turnaround on every request.

What happens if a request goes beyond basic maintenance?

We will flag it early. If something requires new page design, custom development, or SEO strategy work, we will let you know before proceeding and advise on the best next step — whether that is a separate quote or an upgrade to the retainer.
