Have questions before starting your web design project?
What's included in a monthly retainer?
Unlimited design and development requests via our ticketing system, with you setting the priority order. Quick tasks are turned around in 1–2 business days. Larger work — such as new pages or redesigns — takes approximately two weeks (one week in Figma, one week in Webflow). Complex builds are included but take longer, and the queue pauses while they're in progress. The Grow plan adds SEO management, GSC monitoring, and monthly performance reporting on top of the core design and development work.
Can I start with a project and move to a retainer after?
Absolutely — and it's the most common path. A project engagement gives you a solid, well-built foundation. Once you're live, a retainer keeps that momentum going. Many of our longest-standing clients started with a single project.
What's the difference between a one-off project and a monthly retainer?
A one-off project is fixed scope — a defined set of pages, a clear brief, and a launch date. It's the right choice if you know exactly what you need and want a clean, contained engagement.A monthly retainer is ongoing. It's the better fit if your scope is still evolving, you need regular updates or new pages, or you want a dedicated UX and Webflow partner on hand without briefing someone new every time. Think of it as having your own in-house team — without the overhead.Most clients start with a project and move onto a retainer once they're live. Some come straight to a retainer if they already have a website that just needs continuous improvement.
Is there a minimum commitment on retainers?
No. All retainer plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' notice. We'd rather earn your ongoing business through the quality of our work than through a contract.
What if I need more pages than my project package includes?
Additional pages can be added at our ad-hoc rate. We'll flag this before proceeding — no surprises.
Do you work with clients who already have a Figma design?
Yes. If you have an existing design file ready, we can build directly from that. Get in touch for a custom quote.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Ideally: your brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), website copy, and any reference sites you like. We'll walk you through everything in the discovery call.
Do you require a deposit?
For project work, we operate on a 50% upfront, 50% on completion basis. Monthly retainers are billed in advance at the start of each month.
What if my needs don't fit any package?
Get in touch and we'll scope something together. Our packages are a starting point — not a ceiling.
